THE noodle shop at 5 High St, New Norfolk, re-opened earlier this week with new owners and a new name.
Alexia’s Noodle Plus opened in September last year and despite a promising start the business closed without notice earlier this year.
Now trading as Dingding’s Noodles and Dianxin Shop, the new iteration has a smaller selection of noodles but a wider range of additional menu items including soups, entrees and Chinese-style main course options including dumplings.
The restaurant and takeaway will open from Wednesday to Monday for lunch and dinner (closed Tuesday). Trading hours are noon-2.30pm and 4.30-8.30pm. The menu is posted in the window and includes noodles, fried rice, soup and sushi.
*Dianxing is “snack” in Chinese.
