Bushy Park food truck muster motors to a new date

THE food truck muster planned for Bushy Park this weekend has been postponed until the same weekend next month. The event is being organised by the Bushy Park Show Society, which has cited COVID-19 issues as the reason for the deferral.

The Great Bushy Park Food Truck Muster will now be held on Saturday, March 20, rather than February 20. All tickets already purchased for the event remain valid and no transfers are required.

To be held at the Bushy Park Showground, 429 Gordon River Rd, from 1-7.30pm, the family-friendly event will feature some of Tasmania’s best food vans, as well as live music and children’s entertainment. A Covid-Safe, dog-free and smoke-free event, there will be on-site parking available for a gold coin donation.

Purchases at the food festival will be cash-only due to the poor mobile coverage in the area. Bookings are essential at eventbrite.com.au. More information can be found on the show society’s website and dedicated Facebook page.
