Reduced visibility in heavy rain and water over roads will make road conditions dangerous during Friday in parts of the North West Coast, Central North, North East, Western, Central Plateau, Midlands, East Coast, Upper Derwent Valley and South East forecast districts.
For information on any road closures, please contact your local council or the Police. The next alert will be issued by 11am Friday.
TASMANIA POLICE ROAD WARNINGS as at 8.30am
- Highland Lakes Rd – North of Bothwell – rock debris on road.
- Lake Dobson Rd – snow – 4WD only.
- Lyell Highway, Ouse – Water over the road, approximately 1km west of the town boundary.
- Middle Tea Tree Road – near the Public Golf Course – Water over the road.
