A PANEL of coaches will guide the New Norfolk District Football Club’s senior team through the remainder of the season after the club parted company with coach Tim Butterworth. The club announced earlier this week that it had accepted Mr Butterworth’s resignation.
Eagles veteran and former coach Matthew Smith has returned to the club and will work with Josh Clifford, Bradley Chaplin and Jacob Wigg to see the team through the rest of the season, a spokesman said. “Tim is still part of the club and will always be welcomed warmly at future games. We wish Tim and his family all the best for the future,” they said.
