POLICE are investigating an incident that was reported to have occurred at a Granton residence early this morning. Glenorchy CIB is conducting a number of inquiries to determine what occurred at the Black Snake Lane address.
A spokesperson said police were notified of an incident at Granton at 3am today (Saturday) where a residence was reported to have been shot at with a firearm. The occupants of the home were unharmed.
“At this stage police are treating the alleged firearms incident as isolated and targeted, and there is not believed to be any risk to the wider community,” the spokesperson said.
