New Norfolk Junior Football Club names its best and fairest

THE New Norfolk Junior Football Club held its Best and Fairest award night on October 8. In addition to the players’ prizes, Ann Burns and Tristan Triffett (pictured) were awarded life membership and Sebastian Farrow was named the 2022 Rising Star.

  • UNDER 13 GIRLS’ BEST AND FAIREST – Winner: Elsie Chaplin; Runner-up: Bronte Jones.
  • UNDER 14 BOYS’ BEST AND FAIREST – Winner: Sebastian Farrow; Runner-up: Harvey Woodcock.
  • UNDER 15 GIRLS’ BEST AND FAIREST – Winner: Ellie Henricks; Runner-up: Amber Rainbird.
    UNDER 16.5 BOYS BEST AND FAIREST – Winners*: Harry Morgan, Riley Triffett, Tyler Benson; Runner-up: Tye Oakley. *Lachlan Blackwell had equal votes to the winners but was ineligible due to an age exemption.
  • UNDER 17.5 GIRLS’ BEST AND FAIREST – Winner: Hayley James; Runner-up: Lilly Smith.
