Wednesday: Police warn of icy roads

TASMANIA Police have issued a warning about icy roads throughout the state this morning and urged all motorists to drive with caution. Specific warnings include:

  • Highland Lakes Rd – Frost patches from Marlborough Junction to Liffey Falls.
  • Highland Lakes Rd – From the Steppes heading north.
  • Lyell Highway – Patchy ice from Wayatinah towards Queenstown.
