Warning to Sheep Graziers for the Upper Derwent Valley, North West Coast, Midlands and South East forecast districts
Issued at 4:33pm on Friday 8 September 2023.
Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and strong westerly winds are expected during Friday and Saturday. Areas likely to be affected include parts of the North West Coast, Midlands, Upper Derwent Valley and South East forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
The next warning will be issued by 11pm Friday.
