IT’S officially known as a lenticular cloud and some called it a UFO cloud, but it’s no surprise that some in the football-mad town of New Norfolk saw something else in the formation in the sky over the town late on Monday morning. The New Norfolk News reader who supplied us with the above photo described the apparition as a “football cloud” and New Norfolk District Football Club president Steve Balmforth said it was a great omen and a call to training this Wednesday night.
