This fire is expected to impact Highland Waters in the vicinity of Victoria Valley Rd and Wigrams Way by 7pm.

The fire is travelling towards Highland Waters. The fire is expected to be difficult to control.

Embers, smoke, and ash may fall on Highland Waters in the vicinity of Victoria Valley Rd and Wigrams Way.

Tasmania Fire Service, Sustainable Timber Tasmania and Tasmania Parks and Wildlife Service is attending. Conditions are expected to be changeable.

There is an Evacuation Cenrte at New Norfolk Sports Centre (PCYC), 50 Derwent Terrace, New Norfolk. Only travel if it is safe for you to do so.

If you don’t live near Highland Waters in the vicinity of Victoria Valley Road and Wigrams Way, stay away.
