Eve & Co opens at the Corumbene health hub

YOUNG Eve Neil has had the easiest role in the establishment of her parents’ new business at New Norfolk. Eve, 6, is the namesake of Eve & Co, the new coffee house and cafe in the Corumbene health hub at 10-12 The Avenue, New Norfolk.

While Eve has given her name to the new venture, the heavy lifting has been done by mum and dad, Jessica and Dayne Neil, from Magra, who first shared their business plan with the News nearly a year ago. It’s now time to throw open the doors.

The cafe occupies the large atrium that has been built between the Derwent and Esperance buildings that form the Health Hub on The Avenue in the Willow Court precinct. The atrium links the two heritage buildings and the area is filled with light and decorated with floor-to-ceiling murals.

Eve and Co opens on Monday, June 17, and will do business six days a week from 8am-3pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays). With seating for 30, there’s a full cafe menu offering a wide range of dine-in and take-away options. Phone orders are welcome on 0456 580 894.
