New Norfolk golf results – June 26-29 including Warner Trophy

Saturday 29/6/2024 Warner Family Stableford: The weather must have played a big part in scoring at the New Norfolk Golf Club on Saturday, with low results in the main across all grades. Play was for the 2024 Warner family stableford.

A Grade: Michael Williams 37, Jack Hastie 35, Ahipene Tekanawha 32; B Grade: Phil Foster 33, Matt Sibley 32, Geoff Bailey 31; C Grade: Morehu Thompson 32 c/b, Nathan Heron 32, John Heron 31. NTPs: 3rd T. Morgan, 6/15th pin not returned, 8/17th pin not returned, 11th S. Ackerley. Superpin: not returned. A reminder that if you are in the last afternoon group, please collect and return all the nearest-the-pin markers to the clubhouse.

Wednesday 26/6/2024 Stableford: NIne hardy souls went out in the fog, cold and rain to battle against the course and weather at the New Norfolk Golf Club on what was the third day of fog in a row. Among the nine was Josh Nunn, a member of the Tea Tree Golf Club, who did very well for himself in the two birdie draws and the 9 hole comp.
