THE New Norfolk Rowing Club held two regattas on the River Derwent at New Norfolk this weekend, doing battle with a higher than usual tide. Yesterday saw junior crews from southern schools in competition, while today’s events were the historic Sharland Sculls and the Aly Cashion long-distance race between New Norfolk and Boyer.
