ANNUAL “Scouts in Action” month has been running throughout August and the topic for this year is “Breaking the Cycle – Bullying is not a part of Scouting.” New Norfolk Scouts have recently completed a series of bullying awareness activities, including a visit by guest speaker Cassie Whitehill from Chloe’s
